Look around, and Macon is growing left and right.  There is
an excitement in the air as we see businesses growing,
and moving into Macon’s newly built office parks.  One
such office park recently built for businesses is Northside
Crossing, built by Northside Development.  A company
created by Henry W. Arrington II and Mike Appling,
Northside Development aims to fulfill the need for a new
office park in North Macon.  Northside Crossing Office Park
provides business owners and professionals with the
unique opportunity of being able to purchase or lease new
offices in North Macon.  With unlimited interior build-out
designs, each office can be tailored to suit specific office
needs; buildings are offered for sale or lease from 1,250 to
10,000 square feet.

Northside Crossing is geographically located in the center
of North Macon at Northside Drive and Forest Hill Road;
and it is close to I-75, Riverside Drive, Vineville Avenue,
and Tom Hill Senior Boulevard.  Further, it is convenient to
a variety of restaurants, banks, grocery stores, hospitals,
and other business centers.  Northside Crossing is just
moments away from many upscale residential
neighborhoods, making it a favorite for professionals who
want a short morning commute, or a quick trip home for
lunch.

Northside Crossing office buildings have timeless
architectural designs with white columned front porches
and low maintenance brick facades.  The buildings are
designed locally by Sidney Haynes, SDH Design Group,
and each office elevation has a classic curb appeal
reminiscent of the turn of the century buildings and homes
of “Old Macon.”  Ample parking is available at the front door
of every building, and customers don’t have to “hunt” for a
parking spot.  Northside Crossing is also governed by
strict  covenants and restrictions, helping to insure future
property values.  Maintenance free grounds include
sprinkler systems, sodded lawns, evergreen shrubs, and
seasonal flowers.

Currently, Northside Crossing has office buildings under
construction that are available for sale or lease.  For
example, 2400 Northside Crossing, is a 4,750 square foot
one story office shell.   The interior is open, and can be
finished by the purchaser or by Northside Development.
Ultimately, the interior design options are almost
unlimited for a custom build out.  200 Northside Crossing
is also available, and is a 2,500 square foot building
whose construction just recently began.

Henry W. Arrington II has been in the development and
building business for 20+ years.  Presently, Arrington is

Middle Georgia Erosion Control, and Kinetix Health

community through his philanthropy.  One example is
through his charity golf tournament, the HWA, Inc. Golf
Tournament.  This will be the sixth year Arrington has
hosted the tournament.  Proceeds benefit the new
Hospice House.  This year, the tournament will be held on
September 29 at Idle Hour.
