Tracy Burton is the broker/owner for EXIT Preferred Realty
located at 5223 Riverside Drive, Suite 103 across from The
Shoppes at River Crossing.  She has been in the real
estate industry for almost 7 years.  Burton purchased her
EXIT franchise in December 2006, and explained, “I was
attracted to EXIT Realty’s concept of genuinely taking care
of their agents; their extensive training programs; and their
retirement and residual incentive programs.”  She added, “I
had been a Realtor for awhile, and knew that I had to be a
part of this new empathy oriented, one-of-a-kind real estate

approximately 500 real estate agents, and the Georgia
MLS consists of approximately 40,000 agents, therefore

MLS.  

In addition, EXIT offers a 50-G program that no other
company offers to their sellers, where the selling agent
has an opportunity to compete to win $50,000 every time
he/she sells a 50-G listing.  This innovative sales
approach works to get more showings, and statistically, a
quicker sale.

sponsoring process.  When an agent is introduced to
management and recruited into the company, each
transaction that the new agent closes generates a
sponsoring bonus equivalent to 10% of the gross
commissions earned by the recruit.

This 10% sponsoring bonus is payable to the individual
who sponsored the recruit into the company, and is paid
via EXIT’s head office, not subtracted from the recruit’s
commissions.  This continues, perpetually for as long as
the new recruit stays with EXIT and generates sales.  This
facilitates agents helping other agents, and ultimately the
sellers and buyers, win because they have a team of
realtors working for them.  

EXIT also is committed to the community; for every closing
an EXIT agent has, the agent donates $5 to Habitat for
Humanity to help build home for families, and promote the
American Dream of ownership for everyone.

continuing education classes that are taught by trainer
Dale Washburn along with onsite training classes through
live interactive video tele-conferencing.  Tracy explained,
